SKM provides Steel Couplers for our processed rebars. Couplers are used to connect two bars in place of traditional lapping and provide the advantages of :

• Reduced Wastage (No Need to Overlap Rebar)
• Improved Building Quality (No ‘Gaps’ After Concrete Pouring)
• Overall Reduction in Cost

Bartec® is a full performance (tension / compression / cyclic / fatigue) rebar splicing system designed for the connection of concrete reinforcing bars from Ø12 to 50mm (ASTM #4 to #18).

Bartec an ACI 318 Type 2 splice recommended for splicing applications including those in a seismic environment.

BARTEC® system is designed to withstand an ultimate tensile performance up to 800 MPa, thus resulting in Bar Break performance on most of the rebar available on the market.

SKM Steel Holdings စက်ရုံတွင် Cut & Bend, Threading Service ပြုလုပ်ပါကBARTEC technology အသုံးပြုသော rebar coupler ကိုရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ အသုံးပြုသော coupler များမှာ steel coupler များဖြစ်ပြီး BARTEC technology ကိုအသုံးပြုထားသောကြောင့် 800 MPa အထိကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်အောင်ပြုလုပ်ထားပါသည်။

Bartec® ဟာ Ø12 mm မှ Ø50 mm အထိ သံချောင်းတွေဆက်သွယ်ဖို့အတွက် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲထားတဲ့ full performance rebar splicing system ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Full performance rebar splicing system ဆိုသည်မှာ Tension/ Compression/ Cyclic/ Fatigue လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ force and effect တွေကိုဒဏ်ခံနိုင်တဲ့ performance system ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Bartec an ACI 318 Type 2 coupler ကို ငလျင်ဒဏ်ကိုခံရလေ့ရှိတဲ့ဒေသ (Seismic environment) တွေမှာ တည်ဆောက်တဲ့ အဆောက်အုံတွေမှာ အသုံးပြုတဲ့ splicing application တွေမှာ အသုံးပြုဖို့ ပညာရှင်များကအကြံပြုပါတယ်။

BARTEC® ဟာ 800 MPa အထိကိုကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်အောင် ဒီဇိုင်းပြုလုပ်ထားပြီးတော့ ဈေးကွက်ထဲမှာရရှိနိုင်တဲ့ Rebar သံချောင်းအမျိုးအစားအတော်များများနှင့်အသုံးပြုလို့ရနိုင်ပါတယ်။
